Simple Sort Setting and Sorting with High Precision

Pursuit of Simple Operation and High Reliability. Automatic Control of Droplets with High Precision !

• The functions of monitoring the droplet parameters dispensable for appropriate sorting and "OptiDrop" (OptiDrop:patent pending) optimally to control the droplet parameters are equipped.

• As the JSAN monitors the Phase of the image processed droplets and constantly controls the optimal condition with the driving voltage of piezo oscillator, delay time adjustment is not necessary.

• When abnormality on the droplet parameters is generated, "OptiDrop" automatically detects the abnormality and stops sending the sheath fluid informing the operator with alarm to protect the sorted sample.

Sorting Stability and High Reliability by the Function of Automatic Delay Time Compensation !

• Based on the monitoring parameters of droplets, "OptiDelay" (OptiDely:patent pending) function to feed back constantly is equipped together with automatic recalculation of the most important delay time to maintain the sorting precision

• This function enables the sorting with optimal delay time even if the flow speedfluctuates with sheath fluid temperature change.

 

Simple Sorting Mode !

Three kinds of sorting modes, (a) standard mode, (b) high recovery rate mode and (c) high purity mode, can be selected. For each sorting mode, the number of sorting drops, 1 drop, 2 drops and 3 drops, can be selected.
