Automated Cell Collection Equipment : CloneMate

• When CloneMate is installed, sorting to the microplate can be performed.

• Sorting the specified number of the objective cells for each well on the various kinds of the microplates can be performed.

 

375nm semiconductor laser

UV Laser Equipped as Third Laser

• State-of-the-art UV semiconductor laser (375nm, 16mW) can be mounted additionally as third laser.

• This enables analysis and sorting of the SP cells stained by Hoechst.

 

Selection of Body Colors

• Standard color is black.

• Body color can be selected among cobalt blue, green brown and reddish brown.
